Louise H. Mayo, 97, of Holden, passed away, January 15, 2016. Louise was born in Brewer, February 11, 1918, the daughter of Clifton H. and Marion (Doe) Mayo.
Louise was predeceased by her parents and her brother. She is survived by her very close friend and neighbor, Kevin Ashmore and his daughter, Hannah.
Louise had a soft spot for all animals, especially cats and dogs. She believed in always paying cash, never using credit; and she had a love of lighthouses. She enjoyed traveling back and forth to Florida in past years.
A graveside service will be held, 2:00 pm, Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hermon. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.BrookingsSmith.com.
