CARMEL - Marilyn G. (Boucher) Oakes, 83, passed away on November 28, 2020, in Bangor, after a brief illness. Marilyn was born on February 1, 1937 in Waterville, the daughter of Margaret (LeBlanc) and Leonard Boucher.
