Bangor – Marlene (Provost - Richard) Wiggin, 89, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2022. She was born in Dexter, the daughter of Maurice and Ruth (Keefe) Provost.
Marlene lived and attend Dexter schools. She was married to Clayton Richard of Dexter and had two children, Scott and Gale Richard. Clayton passed away at an early age.
Later in her life, she married Richard Wiggin of Corinth. He passed away in 2013.
Marlene is survived by her son, Scott Richard of Glenburn; granddaughters, Amanda and Ashley Richard; brother, Richard Provost of Sangerville; sister, Ramona Gordon of Garland.
Besides her husbands, she was predeceased by her daughter, Gale Richard at a young age; four brothers, Maurice, Roy, Shirley, and Clifford; sister, Gloria Ramsdell.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff of the Maine Veterans Home in Bangor, for their wonderful care.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2022 at the Corinthian Cemetery, Exeter Road, Corinth.
