STETSON - It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, Michele Lynn Nadeau, on June 10, 2022, after a courageous, eleven-year battle with breast cancer. She was born February 22, 1985, in Bangor, the daughter of Alvin and Joline (Turner) Nadeau.
Michele graduated from Central High School, in East Corinth, Class of 2003. Following graduation, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree as a Medical Assistant. She then went to work as a Clinical Coordinator at Sunbury Medical. Her favorite things to do were to be with her family and friends, shopping, traveling, and walking on the beach. Michele left behind her dear son, Dylan Hibbard.
Michele and Dylan were more than mother and son, they were best friends; two peas in a pod. Dylan was by his mother’s side throughout her battle with cancer. He gave her the strength to fight on. She will be dearly missed.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her son, Dylan Hibbard; uncles, Peter Furrow and his wife, Brenda, John Turner; cousins, Jason Furrow and his wife, Hiromi, and their family, Anthony Furrow and his wife, Rose, and their family, Brian Furrow and his family; special friends, Stachia, Hillary, Sarah, Miranda, Desiree, Renissa, Katrina, Shane, and Shannon; also, a very dear friend and partner, James Hibbard. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Shirley and Gilman Nadeau, James, Lucille and Shirley Turner; and an aunt, Jeanne Turner.
Relatives and friends are welcome to call 5-7 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2022, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at Highland Cemetery, Carmel.
