Garland - Nancy Barbara (née Kern) Jennings passed away on March 17, 2020. She was the beloved daughter of Danny and Dale Kern, cherished wife of Daniel T. Jennings, and loving mother to Cynthia Ann Jennings and Diane Louise Rowland.
Nancy was a giving and talented woman, being a K-12 teacher early in life and accomplished sewer and quilter. Nancy was a dedicated volunteer in her community, focusing on literacy for children. She was born in Albuquerque, NM and carried a deep love for the southwestern landscape and culture all her life. She will be deeply missed.
Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Kern. She leaves a legacy of four grandchildren, Erin Padham, Hannah and Noah Priest, and Eve Rowland.
A Memorial service will be planned for later in the year.
