Patrick Timothy Taylor passed away March 7, 2022. He was born July 31, 1988 in Bangor, ME, the son of Mark and Regina “Jeannie” (Spellman) Taylor.

Patrick graduated from Bangor High School in 2007. He was a dedicated and loving father to Berkley. His patience and peaceful way with Berkley were wonderful to witness. He was an insatiable reader, journaled constantly, was a skilled woodworker, and lover of music. He enjoyed sports and took a turn at officiating basketball and soccer. His interests were varied, his knowledge base broad. Patrick was compassionate, loving, non-judgmental. He saw the best in people and made everyone feel special.

Surviving Patrick are his parents, his beautiful daughter Berkley Taylor and her mother Elisabeth McLain, brother Joseph Taylor, sister Kathryn “Katie” Allen and her husband Jim, grandparents Joseph and Nancy Taylor, partner and best friend Grace Eye, and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Patrick was predeceased by his grandparents Thomas and Eleanor Spellman. The family would like to give special thanks to Patrick’s work-family at the Hollywood Casino Hotel for their amazing kindness, compassion and generosity.

Relatives and friends are welcome to call 5-7pm Thursday March 17, 2022 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center Street, Bangor, where a funeral service will be held Saturday March 19 at noon. The family invites all to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith 163 Center St, Bangor, following the service.
