Priscilla grew up in Springfield, and was a graduate of Lee Academy. Following graduation, she moved to Bangor and attended Husson College. Later, she moved to the Bangor House where she met her love, Richard Rhine. In 1983, they were married, and shortly thereafter they were baptized together as Jehovah’s Witnesses. They happily lived their lives together for Jehovah until Richard’s death in 2002.
