Richard Wade

May 19, 1966 — November 14, 2013

Richard S. Wade passed away at age 47 after a short battle with cancer, November 14, 2013, at a local hospital.

He is survived by his loving wife, Brooke Wade, sons Liam, Finn and stepson Jacob; his family outside of Maine; sons, Brian and Brandon Wade both of Las Vegas; mother Tamara Pawlow, of Arizona; two sisters, Kim Mooney and her wife Sharon of Texas, and Jennifer; two brothers Adam Wade and Scott Wade, both of Las Vegas. He also had many friends and family he made here in Maine, including his father and mother in law Tim and Lori Bishop, Amanda and Shawn Umble and family, Sheryl and Justin Kelley and family, and Kelley Roduik and family. He was predeceased by his father Richard Wade Sr.

Rich was a loving father, husband, brother and son. He grew up in Las Vegas, and he moved to Maine in 2006. He loved the Maine weather and scenery. He was a hard worker and had many jobs in his life including owning a carpet care business, plumbing, construction, roofing and maintenance. He had a wonderful sense of humor, always quick with a joke and loved making his kids laugh most of all. He was a lover of movies, horror and comedies mostly as well as playing World of Warcraft online for many years. Richard also enjoyed traveling with his wife and kids, most notably to Disney World, Tampa, Boston and New York City. Rich is deeply missed by his family.

Richard’s wish was to be cremated and buried in the spring, with a small ceremony.
