Robin Jean (Goddard) Ball, 45, died at her home November 21, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 15, 1971, in Bangor, the daughter of Ronald and Roberta (Ingalls) Goddard Sr.
Robin graduated from Bangor High School, Class of 1989, and Husson College with a B.S. in Business Management. She was the General Manager of the Anthony John’s Day Spa. Robin was a member of the Bangor Area Chamber of Commerce, Spruce Run, Tuesday Forum and Team Robin. One of Robins biggest achievements was working 18 years for USCC starting in an administrative position and working her way up to Area Agent Manager, where she supervised the addition and support of several agents locations across the state of Maine. She was recognized as leading the strongest market in New England.
Robin was a loyal friend to so many. A born leader. A hard worker. Robin was an advocate and “trail blazer” in sharing her personal cancer story with her ‘no holds barred’ belief of the need for more immediate research….for the cure.
Robin is survived by her husband, Aaron Ball and her daughter Taylor; parents, Ronald and Roberta (Ingalls) Goddard Sr.; brother, Ronnie Goddard Jr. and son Cameron Hewins, sister, Amy Bryson and her husband, Mike and their children Brooklyn, Michael and Brody; father and mother-in-law, Ira and Shirley (Winant) Ball; brother-in-law Matt Ball and his wife Angie; brother-in-law, Andy Ball and his wife, April; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Robert and Fernande Ingalls, paternal grandparents, Raymond and Phyllis Goddard; Uncles Bobby Ingalls and Ray Goddard and brother-in-law, Chris Ball.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 4-7:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. A Funeral Mass will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John’s Catholic Church, 207 York Street, Bangor followed by the Rite of Committal at Mt. Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, Bangor. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith 163 Center St., Bangor immediately following the Mass.
