Rodney Allen Kemper Richardson died peacefully August 7, 2021, at his home in Bangor surrounded by loving family members. He was born February 2, 1965, in Muscatine, Iowa, the son of Harold D. and Cheryl (Hense) Kemper.
Rodney was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his siblings, Lorna Richardson Williams, Lisa Burwell, Wendy Allen, JR Kemper, Debbie Deitz, and Andy Kemper; a son, Rodney Kemper Jr.; daughters, Cilla Barnhart and Ruby Kemper; and multiple nieces, nephews, and grandchildren, and his loving new Maine parents.
The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at 4-6 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2021, at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center St. in Bangor.
