Ronald Peabody

Ronald L. Peabody, 69, passed away at home on October 14, 2020, after a long illness. He was born February 14, 1951 in Jonesport, the son of Horace and Minerva (Tracy) Peabody. Ron was a graduate of Jonesport-Beals High School and a 20 year veteran of the United States Air Force. After his Air Force days, he lived in Attleboro, MA for 22 years before returning to Maine and has spent his final 7 years at his home in Hermon. He is survived by his wife Lynette (Kennedy) Peabody of 39 years; children, Robert and wife Amber of Levant, Grace Dugan and husband Ryan of Boynton Beach, FL, Joshua and fiancé Erica Anthony of Louisville, KY; he was Papa to Mariah, Logan, Dezerae, Brianna, Jazmyn, T’yanna, Destiny, Christian, & Madyx; great grand Papa to Michael; a brother, Horace Jr. and a sister Jackie. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a sister Emily and two brothers-in-law.Friends and family are invited to celebrate Ron’s life at 1 PM, Saturday, October 24, 2020, at the Calvary Apostolic Church, 24 Crosby Way, Hampden.
