BANGOR - On November 15, 2022, Stanley E. Gunn Jr., 96, went to his heavenly home which Jesus has prepared for those who believe in Him. He died at his home in Bangor, Maine. He was born February 19, 1926, in Bangor, the son of Stanley Sr. and Mildred (Griffin) Gunn.

He is survived by his sister, Charlotte Jane Brash and her husband, Harry, of Montgomery, Alabama; his son, Gerald “Jerry” B. Gunn and his wife, Deborah, of Newburgh; daughter, Judith “Judy” Moody and her husband, Steve, of Holden; Great Grampy dearly loved his four grandchildren, Joshua Gunn and his wife, Holly, of Brewer, Caitlyn Gunn, of Bangor, Loralie and her husband, Alan Clark of Georgia, and Meagan and her husband, Daniel Phillips, of Georgia; his seven great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Jillian Gunn, of Brewer, Maine, Benjamin, Abigail and Rebekah Clark, of Georgia, and Jamir and Levi Phillips, of Georgia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
