Stuart L. Fongemie, 44, died at home unexpectedly on December 21, 2021. He was born February 8, 1977 in Edmundston, N.B., son of Diane and Raymond Fongemie.
Stuart graduated in the class of 1995 from Wisdom High School. Following graduation, he enlisted in the US Marine Corps where he proudly served his country until he was medically discharged. Stuart was also a member of the Masons and The Elks Clubs of Bangor where he met many life-long friends.
Although Stuart battled numerous health issues during his short life it did not prevent him from enjoying every moment that he could. Stuart loved golfing, snowmobiling and motorcycle riding. He had a love for his pets and cooking. We will certainly miss his famous chicken (STU). Surrounded by an army of friends, Stuart was best known for his infectious giggle, big heart and sense of loyalty to those close to him.
