Mom, Meme, Friend:
While our hearts are forever broken,
we know you’re in your final home in Heaven
The love you bestowed will never be forgotten,
whether friend, children, or grandchildren
Happy hearts were a token,
and all your words written or spoken
While this all seems so sudden,
your body is no longer a burden
Your time was chosen,
and our love for you will always be genuine
Rest peacefully, we love you!
