EDDINGTON - Theodore Woznik, 80, died June 5, 2014 at his home in Eddington with his wife by his side.
He was born Sept. 4, 1933, in Kenduskeag and spent a lifetime working in construction. He built the home on Riverside Drive where he raised six children, and he followed with his tool belt when those children moved into homes of their own.
He was happiest when riding his John Deere tractor or spending time with his dogs, Abby and Dobby.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Theresa (Fowler) Woznik, and children,Lori Leeman Slowikowski and her husband, Rick of Bangor, Kate Kevit and Pat Walsh of Hampden, Bill Woznik and his wife, Vanessa of Virginia, and Alisha Robbins and her husband, Sean of Bangor; grandchildren Jess Hewes and her husband, Eddie, Brittany Leeman, Nick Leeman, Beth Kevit, Amanda Moore and her husband, Matt, Billy Woznik Jr., Jeremy Woznik and his wife, Chrissy, Dakota Woznik and Ciera and Gavin Robbins. He is also survived by great-grandchildren Tyler Hewes, Morgan Leeman and Oakley Woznik and by special nieces Tina Ouellette and Peg McCarthy-Hobbs.
The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments 5 to 7pm Monday June 9, 2014 at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor.
