Timothy P. Wain, 57, passed away unexpectedly June 13th, 2022. He was born August 2nd, 1964, in Bangor, the son of Raymond and Ruth (Peterson) Wain.
Timothy enjoyed many things in his life, such as fishing, boating and grilling. He was an avid cigar smoker and loved his routine of a morning cup of coffee, “Can I get a large with just cream?”. He also enjoyed older country and western music. Tim loved painting and was a perfectionist when it came to it and he passed that skill onto his two wonderful sons. He enjoyed watching them grow and become successful in their endeavors. Tim enjoyed spending time outdoors working on his house and spending time with his beloved cat, Molly. He also enjoyed a good puzzle. His wife, Dina and he, celebrated 32 happy years together.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Dina Wain, are his sons; Elias Wain, of N.C, and Zachary Wain, of Chicago IL; his brothers; Fred Wain and his wife, Melody, of Corinth, Ray Wain and his wife, Diane, of Corinth, Jimmy Wain and his wife, Lisa, of Waterville, David Wain of CT, Terry Wain of Van Buren, Beth Brailey of Bangor, and Becky Wain of N.C.; and many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held June 20th, 2022, at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 90 Sanford Street, Bangor, with Father Leo Scheffe officiating. A burial at Mount Hope Cemetery will be held following the service. Condolences to the family may be expressed at Brookingssmith.com.
