STETSON – Trevor Kenneth Smith, 36, passed away unexpectedly May 20, 2023. He was born October 28, 1986, in Farmington, Maine, the son of Kelley J. Stewart and Randall L. Smith.
Trevor attended Farmington and later, Milford schools. He graduated from Old Town High School, Class of 2005. He was a great dad to his son, Blake; loving him beyond measure. He loved music; the louder, the better and with lots of bass. He was very funny and was a big tease. He loved concerts, camping with his significant other, Chelsea and their kids, spending time with Blake, watching movies or playing games, and working on his 1995 conversion van; adding more sound system equipment every year. Each summer, he enjoyed helping Phil set up fireworks shows wherever he needed him. He was a member of IBEW 1253 of Newport and at the time of his death, was working for Sappi Paper. He was working hard toward his Master Electrician license. He was also teaching electrical classes twice a week for the Union.
Trevor was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Roy and Geraldine Stewart; and his father, Randall. He leaves behind and will be sorely missed by his Mom and Stepdad, Kelley and Steve Crosby, of Stetson; his beloved son, Blake, of Stetson; sister, Amy and her family, of Waldoboro; brother, Brian, of Portland; step-siblings, Andrew and his family of Aubrey, Texas, Anthony and his family of Livermore, ME and Tawnya and her family of Turner, ME; his girlfriend, Chelsea and her children, of Searsport; special friends, Jen and Evan; and many, many other friends as well; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2023, at Harvest Chapel of Levant Village, 3531 Union St, Levant, ME. The family invites everyone to share conversation and refreshments immediately following the service.
