Vicki Joy Tozier, 69, passed away on December 14, 2018, at a Bangor hospital. She was born July 20, 1949, in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, the daughter of Byron A. Morang and Joyce L. (Ferguson) Morang Brooker.
Vicki was a beautician and owned Total Look and Merle Norman for many years in Brewer. In 1981, Vicki and her husband Terry, moved to Summerfield, FL, taking ownership of a mobile home park. She loved to shop, especially for clothes and make-up. Throughout her life, Vicki loved the Lord, and her faith and convictions were strong.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her dear son Troy B. Tozier in 2012, and her husband Terry W. Tozier in 2013. She is survived by sisters, Paula Dowling and husband Bob from Hampden, Debbie Sibley and husband Laurence from Kenduskeag, Brenda Nelson from Carmel; an uncle, Hollis Ferguson Jr. of Eastport; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
