Wayne S. Parks, 39, passed away unexpectedly on September 12, 2024, at a Bangor hospital. He was born July 15, 1985, in Bangor, Maine, the son of Donald W. Parks and Cammy (Downs) Parks.
Wayne was a resident of Winterport and graduated from Hampden Academy in 2003. Following graduation, he served his country with the United States Marine Corps.
Wayne was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Keith R. Downs, paternal grandfather, Wayne Parks, and paternal great-grandparents, Donald L. Parks (Papa) and Delma Parks (Gram).
Wayne is survived by his parents, Cammy Parks, Donald Parks and his wife, Michelle; brothers, Coedy A. Parks and his wife, Jennifer Parks, Spencer T. Parks and partner, Kendra Delong, and Keaghan Parks; nephews, Carter D. Parks and Owen T. Parks; his Grammy (Judith Giles) and Bampa; aunt, Kimberly Williams and uncle, Troy Williams and their children Dakota, Shealy and Brylee, uncle, Eric Keezer, aunt, Sharma and Ed Wood; multiple cousins. Special mention to lifelong friends, Cal Leighton, Tyne Kenny, Ben Boulier, and Jessica Jenkins.
