William Di Tullio

July 11, 1943 — August 3, 2014

BANGOR – Dr. William Michael “Bill” Di Tullio, 71, died August 3, 2014 at his camp in West Brooksville following a brief illness. He was born July 11, 1943 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, son of William and Maria (Koperka) Di Tullio.

Bill was a graduate of Cranford High School, Cranford, NJ, earned his B.S. degree at Tulane University, New Orleans, a Masters degree at Springsfield College, Springsfield, MA and his Doctorate in clinical psychology at U of M, Orono. At the time of his death, Dr. Di Tullio was still in practice at his private practice on Kenduskeag Avenue in Bangor which he has had for many years. Dr. Di Tullio was an avid sailor, a member of the Power Squadron of Penobscot County and a great outdoorsman.

Surviving is his loving companion of 19 years, Susan Shaw of West Brooksville and Bangor and her daughters, Vicki Coffin and her husband, Scott of Bangor, Bobbi-Jo Southard and her husband, Gary of Newburgh, their children, Stacey, Ryan and Josie; great-grandsons, Kaleb and Blake; one brother, Robert Di Tullio of New Jersey.

The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments 4 to 6 pm, Friday, August 15, 2014 at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor.
