William Rolly Van Dorn, Jr. "BVD", age 44 of Hampden, Maine passed away unexpectedly on March 1st, 2022. He was born in Long Beach, California on June 29th, 1977.
Bill was a graduate of Bangor High School, Class of 1996.
He was a loving, devoted husband to his beloved wife Adrienne (Fernandez)Van Dorn of 23 years, and their son Victor. He was a lifelong friend to his Cape Hart friends and they all meant so very much to him.
He was an avid Buffalo Bills and Miami Heat fan. He greatly enjoyed watching the Judge Judy program and he never missed an episode. Another of his best moments was spending time with his pride and joy, his son, Victor. They would cheer on their favorite football and basketball teams and would adamantly discuss the players, trades, and game high points.
Bill and Adrienne enjoyed taking vacations to various locations throughout New England. Their favorite was a week long family vacation to Lake Pemaquid every summer. They also spent an amazing week in Jacksonville, Florida with his Brother-In-Law Chris and his wife Clariza. Bill and Adrienne thoroughly enjoyed their weekend "getaways" walking and hiking with their much adored fur baby, Wilson.
Bill was employed by PepsiCo in Hampden, Maine. He was loved and admired by all of his co-workers. He greatly enjoyed his job and recently was looking forward to beginning his recent promotion.
Bill had an infectious smile, Jolly nature, and "can do" attitude about him that left a lasting impression on everyone that ever met him. He was always there to offer his help, advice and expertise whenever anyone needed help. He will be loved and missed more than words can convey.
Bill is survived by his wife of 23 years, Adrienne (Fernandez) Van Dorn, their son Victor and his four-legged furry friend Wilson, mother-in-law Gail (Smith) Fernandez, brother-in-law Chris and wife Clariza Fernandez, nephew Aiden, sister-in-law Erryn Fernandez, niece Gwynn (Gwynnie bear), nephews Jeffrey, BJ, and Cody and half- sister, Kia Maria Lally.
He was predeceased by his parents William Rolly Sr. and Joyce (Bragg) Van Dorn, and his Sister Ladonna Van Dorn.
Bill is also survived by his best friend Chuck, wife Shauna and their daughter Charlotte. He also leaves behind his long-time friend Eric, and very special friends Casey, Chris, and Brielle, as well as Mike, Amy, Jordyn and Tony among many others.
Bill leaves a huge empty space in our hearts that can never be filled.

A Celebration of Bill's life will be held on Saturday, March 12th from 11:30 am - 4:00 pm at Morgan Hill Event Center in Hermon, Maine.
