Condolence: Our hearts are breaking for everyone who loved Jeffrey. We met him when he and Tamra fell in love. Though we only knew him a short while, he was an instant, loyal friend. He had such a loving, sensitive, and generous spirit, and a really fantastic sense of humor. We know he loved his children, wife, family and friends, more than anything in the world.
